HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS IN DARWIN EITHER AFTER MOVING FROM ANOTHER LOCATION OR BEING RETIRED OR DECIDING TO RETIRE? YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A NEWCOMER TO DARWIN - ANYONE SEEKING FRIENDSHIP AND BEING INVOLVED IN ACTIVITIES IS WELCOME.
THE DARWIN IONIAN CLUB provides support and friendship, for both newcomers to Darwin as well as those who have been here for a while, with a welcoming social women's network and opportunities for meeting new friends.

Outings around and outside Darwin will be advised during the year. Some activities include member's partners and/or friends. On 26 May we had a successful Australia's Biggest Morning Tea for the Cancer council at the beautiful Berry Springs Nature Park. The Social Committee organised a car rally at the end of August 2021 for members and their partners and friends. They drove through the countryside looking for clues on the way to the lunch venue, at the Purple Mango Cafe, Stephen Road, Marrakai NT
