A Friendship and Social Group for Women
If you are new to Canberra, or have recently left the workforce and are looking for new interests or would like to broaden your range of friends - consider joining us!
The Club provides an opportunity for women to make friends and find those who share similar interests.
Friendship and fun are the basic ingredients of the Ionian Club.
Activities Include
- Monthly lunch, February to December with meeting and guest speakers
- Art in the park
- Culinary Fun
- Theatre Group
- Craft Group
- Book Club
- Bridge, Mah Jong
- Out and About group
- Treasures Group
- Walking group
- Outings which include husbands, partners and friends
- Dining out at different restaurants
- Annual Charity Day
- Social contact with other Ionian Clubs in State Capitals and regional cities.
Our Monthly meeting and lunch is held on the first Thursday of the month, February to December at:
